An 83-year-old pancreatic cancer patient with a 2.7 cm tumor was advised to undergo chemotherapy at local hospital. However, due to her advanced age and inoperability, nanoknife ablation was chosen as a safer option. The ablation procedure was performed under non-intubated intravenous general anesthesia. The patient remained conscious and experienced no discomfort during the procedure, which was completed successfully.
