During our trip to visit our patients in Indonesia, I tried to find out the secret of survival of these patients. I was amazed to learn that the treatment given to them was rather simple; they had cryosurgical ablation, vascular intervention therapy, immunotherapy and very little of conventional therapies. All of them have a peaceful and happy family. The patients themselves are very optimistic about their diseases and most of them have jobs or are the central pillars of their families.
